Prepare 5g ammonium metatungstate, adding 5ml deionized water, mix it until it solutes. Then adding 15ml stronger ammonia water, mix it under 60 degree Celsius for 20 minutes. Then adding 35ml ammonium sulfide solution, mix it under 60 degree Celsius for 30 minutes. After that, vacuum filtration and use deionized water and absolute ethyl alcohol to wash it for three times. After drying the ammonia tungsten oxide sulfide crystal forms and the producing rate is 45%. Ammonia tungsten oxide sulfide thermal decompose in hydrogen atmosphere happened between 160-450 degree Celsius, firstly it decomposes into WOS2, then it converts into tungsten disulfide.
